What most care advisory websites get wrong

01

Hard to read, easy to leave

Font too small, contrast too low, too much information at once. Older visitors and family members under stress leave before they find the phone number.

02

Unusable on a smartphone

The first care-crisis search happens on a mobile phone — often late at night, stressed, hands shaking. Small buttons and broken mobile layouts mean: client lost before the conversation even started.

03

Legally exposed

Missing imprint details (§5 DDG, German Digital Services Act), no GDPR notice for health data (GDPR Art. 9), Google Fonts loaded without consent (Schrems-II / LG München ruling) — each one a liability. Since June 2025: BFSG violations carry fines up to €100,000.

04

No trust, no call

Stock photos instead of a real advisor. Jargon instead of plain language. No visible §7a SGB XI (statutory care counselling entitlement) reference. No concrete benefit. The website never answers the real question: "Who helps us — now, today, specifically?"

What we deliver

Six capabilities we bring to every care advisory site.

01

Accessibility

≥18px base font size, 7:1 contrast, 48px tap targets, keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels. WCAG 2.1 AA — met, not worked around.

02

BFSG compliance

BFSG (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz — German Accessibility Strengthening Act, in force since 28 June 2025). Conformance statement, EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA as the baseline — delivered from day one, not retrofitted.

03

SGB XI-aware

§7a SGB XI (statutory care counselling entitlement), §7b Beratungsgutschein (care counselling voucher), §45b Entlastungsbetrag (€131 monthly relief allowance) as selling points — explained as concrete benefits, not as paragraph references.

04

GDPR Art. 9

Health and social data = special-category data. No standard contact form without explicit Art. 9 consent. Delivered complete.

05

Calm motion

prefers-reduced-motion: no animations. For everyone else: gentle CSS scroll reveals (350ms, no flicker). Conversation-flow profile.

06

Technical SEO

Schema.org LocalBusiness + MedicalBusiness, sitemap, OpenGraph, click-to-call phone number, lang attribute for screen readers.

BFSG at the core —
not as a checklist

BFSG / WCAG 2.1 AA — the differentiator

BFSG (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz — German Accessibility Strengthening Act) applies to consumer-facing services since 28 June 2025. Violations: fines up to €100,000. Your target audience is precisely the audience BFSG was built for — building accessibly is identical to fulfilling your core professional mission.

"BFSG-compliant is audience-compliant — the one profession where those are the same thing."

SGB XI: §7a, §7b, §45b as selling points

Every person holding a Pflegegrad (German care level classification, grades 1–5) is entitled to free counselling under §7a SGB XI (statutory care counselling entitlement). The §7b Beratungsgutschein (care counselling voucher) is redeemable — with you. §45b: €131 per month for all Pflegegrade 1–5. We explain this on your website so clients understand immediately and pick up the phone.

"€131 / month in relief — almost no one claims it. We show your clients how."

GDPR Art. 9 — health data taken seriously

Pflegegrad (care level), diagnosis, care situation — all Art. 9 special-category data, even when they arrive via a contact form. No standard form without explicit consent and an Art. 9 notice. No Google Fonts (Schrems-II). Complete imprint under §5 DDG (German Digital Services Act) included.

"Our imprint is complete. Your data stays in Germany."
